1. Who we are
The Discipleshift Library is a ministry of Pastor Timothy Lee in Singapore. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Pastor Timothy and the team who run the site. "You" means anyone who visits the site or makes an account.
By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Why this library exists
These resources exist to help people follow Jesus and to help leaders raise disciples. Every resource is free to read and download. Nothing is locked behind a payment.
3. Your account
An account is free. Please give your real name and a working email. Keep your password to yourself. One account is for one person. If you think someone else has used your account, change your password and tell us.
We may pause or close an account that is used to break these terms.
4. What you may do with the resources
You may read, download and print the resources for your own study.
You may teach them in your church, small group, Bible school or home. You may print copies for the people in your class, as long as you give them free.
You may quote short parts in a sermon, lesson or article, as long as you name Pastor Timothy Lee and the Discipleshift Library as the source.
5. What you may not do
You may not sell the resources, or charge anyone for a copy.
You may not upload them to another website, app, shared drive or platform where others can download them. Send people to this site instead, so they always get the newest version.
You may not remove the author's name, change the content and present it as his, or claim the work as your own.
You may not translate, adapt or republish a resource for wider use without asking us first. We want to protect the doctrine as well as the wording.
You may not use the resources to train automated writing or machine learning systems.
6. Who owns the content
The resources, writing, design and logo on this site belong to Pastor Timothy Lee, unless a page says otherwise. Being free does not mean they have no owner. These terms give you permission to use them in the ways listed above.
Scripture is taken from the New King James Version®. Copyright © 1982 by Thomas Nelson. Used by permission. All rights reserved.
7. Translations
Many pages and files are translated into other languages by machine first. Then people from each language check them. Until a translation has been checked, it may contain mistakes.
The English version is the original. If a translation and the English disagree, the English is correct.
Bible verses in other languages may differ from the Bible your church uses. Always check the verse in your own Bible.
8. What the teaching is, and what it is not
These resources teach the Bible from an Apostolic Pentecostal conviction: one God, revealed in Jesus Christ, and salvation through repentance, baptism in the Name of Jesus Christ, and receiving the Holy Spirit.
They are teaching and discipleship material. They are not medical, legal, financial or professional counselling advice. If you are facing a crisis, please speak to your pastor or a trusted leader. If anyone is in danger, contact the emergency services.
9. Love offerings
Giving is voluntary. A love offering is a gift. It is not a payment for any resource, and giving does not unlock anything extra. Offerings are processed by PayPal, under PayPal's own terms. Our Giving Policy explains how gifts are used and what to do if you gave by mistake.
10. Feedback and ratings
When you send feedback or rate a resource, you allow us to read it and use it to improve the library. Please keep it honest and respectful. We may remove anything that is abusive or off topic.
11. Using the site fairly
Do not try to break into the site, copy it with automated tools, get around download limits, or share your account. Do not use the site for anything unlawful. Downloads may be limited to keep the site running well for everyone.
12. Translators and helpers
If we give you access to the translator desk or the admin pages, use it only for the work we asked you to do. Do not share unpublished material outside the site. We may change or remove this access at any time.
13. Emails
If you ask for email updates, we will tell you when new resources are added. You can turn them off at any time in your account.
14. Changes and availability
We may add, change or remove resources at any time. We work to keep the site running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. The site and its resources are offered as they are.
15. Limits on our responsibility
We share these resources in good faith. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss that comes from using the site, from a mistake in a translation, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law does not allow us to limit.
16. Your privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we keep and how we protect it under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
18. The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
19. Questions
If you have a question about these terms, or want permission for a use not listed here, please write to us through the Feedback page on this site.
